Same day delivery

Hi guys,

for some reason I can no longer choose same day delivery on the app for my orders and it says the zip is invalid even though it’s not and also my country is set to Canada. Does anyone k ow how to fix this?

This happened to me way back in March of this year, during the middle of my year-long subscription (also in Canada). I have tried many times since to place same-day deliveries and it has never worked again. I've tried deleting cookies, using a desktop computer, the Sephora app, my phone browser, everything. The address for the house across the street works, and all the other addresses surrounding me. I've talked to customer service numerous times, their solution was to just "enter the wrong address," which didn't seem like a solution to me at all. After a few attempts talking to Sephora to try to find a solution, they told me there was nothing they could do. I don't really know what's wrong, but I think it's a bug that has to be worked out by their IT. I had to cancel my subscription. It's been a pretty frustrating experience. I did get a partial refund for my subscription.

I am also experiencing this. It keeps saying invalid zip code yet my app is set to Canada. I keep having to delete and redownload the app every time I want to see if a product has same-day delivery. Kind of an annoying, especially since I didn’t mean to pay for the same-day delivery membership and now I’m having trouble getting my money’s worth out of it.
