Same day delivery subscription cancelled

I got an email saying I got charged for the same day delivery annual fee..although I’m 100% sure I cancelled that during my free trial. Is there anyway I can get a refund considering it’s been less than 24 hours since I received the email. I received the email an hour ago, please help.
