Same day delivery order has not arrived- no way of tracking

I placed a same day delivery order first thing this morning.   It’s now well past midnight and needless to say I have not received my order and when I go to check on the status it says “processing”. I leave Monday for a month long trip and need these products before I leave (hence me ordering them same day) and don’t have time to drive into town during the holidays and navigate crowds with two young children.  What do I do?  I plan to call the store tomorrow morning but what control do they have over same day order delivery?  Any with insight they can provide world be greatly appreciated.  I try and stay loyal to Sephora as I am a card holder but their main competitor is less then 10 minutes from my house and has ample parking and same day pick up.  
*to note our DoorDash does offer delivery from Sephora that is reliable but you can’t use your Sephora credit card for payment- ergo me using (and paying for) sephoras same day delivery option.  I don’t understand why businesses offer services they can’t fulfill. I get it’s close to the holidays but this isn’t the first time this has happened to me.  It’s just the first time it’s happened when I have a deadline I need them by. I’m not going a month without my entire #sundayriley regimen. 

also to note, when I try to sign up for SMS updates on my order, it wouldn’t allow me to. Which I thought was super weird. This morning I thought it was a glitch in the system but I just tried again with no luck. #frustrated

Yea I’m having the same issue I placed order yesterday at 6pm so hopefully it comes soon
