Same-day delivery not delivered

I ordered a same day deleivery at 3 p.m. yesterday well before the 5 pm cut off. It never came. No email. No notification. Nothing. Is just still processing. The customer service chat representative told me sometimes the order takes time to process. No timeline, no update, no help.

 

 

I payed for the same-day shipping specifically for one reason: I wanted these products to arrive before my flight home, considering they’re not available in my country.

 

I’m so disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor support!
