Same day delivery not delivered

• I am LIVID!!! I ordered a fragrance I’ve been excited to try for a while same day delivery for my mothers birthday party TONIGHT, even paid extra for a designated timeframe. Received an email saying it was on its way and then another email 40 minutes later saying it was delivered when there was nothing in front of my door. I talked to two customer service reps who both told me to talk to my local store it was picked up from. I talked to a representative from the local store who didn’t even bother to look up my order number to give me any kind of information before telling me that a third party picks up the items and once they do it’s out of their hands. So, people can spend hundreds of dollars with the company and there’s no kind of tracking or follow up with the people who pick up the items to deliver? Meaning the driver can just steal peoples products on the daily? I’m not following. I called customer service once again to just get a refund for not receiving my “delivered” item and I was told they weren’t able to give me a refund. I am not happy with this and I need assistance with getting my money back for a product I was excited about getting and never received. CHANEL BLEU DE CHANEL PARFUM

Same issue here. I spent almost $730 on products and just because the driver marked it as delivered and took a picture of the bag on a table (pretending was the place) there is nothing they can do... Although when I tried to call the driver its number never existed (I still have the proof of the number) he didn't even follow the instructions I left at the time I made the order.
So frustrating.

Same issue. No solution. Completely outraged and filled with impotence.
