Same day delivery never came and will not be refunded. Scam

I have placed an order of over $500 for same day delivery. 
I received a notification that the order was delivered. I live in a condominium with a concierge desk 24hrs. 
The order actually never arrived. I called customer service and was told that I would not be refunded or have the order replace. Also, they don’t show any proof of signature. Sephora simply dismisses the whole situation. I feel scammed. Be aware of shopping with this company! If you don’t receive your order, you may still have to pay for it. And that really don’t care
