Same day delivery never arrived

I've set my alarm to wake me up for 0500 so that I may call and speak with a representative of customer support tomorrow morning.  I placed my order prior to the daily cut off time and my order still is showing it's in the processing phase. It is now long past the delivery window so it's pretty obvious I won't get my order tonight. I will be out of town for a week and on an airplane by the time an actual Sephora store front is open. Had I known Sephora wouldn't have been able to actually deliver my products today, I would've found time to pick them up. The company should work on communication with their customers to express if they are unable to fulfill/deliver an order on time. This is really inconvenient and I'm not sure how this situation will be rectified, hopefully it will be resolved with me getting my products prior to me leaving town.😖
