Same day delivery is a same day headache

Today I purchased the new trending foundation balm powder and was so excited that I pay the extra fee for same day delivery. The first order I got was someone else’s item and not my order. I chatted Support and received a refund. It happens no big deal… right?!. So I place the order again, because you know, excited! The second order says delivered but shocking…. Nothing is at my door. And there is no confirmation photo, or details. I chat again, to support at Sephora and before I even confirmed they sent a refund. They didn’t care about my experience or anything just wanted to rush off the chat. And now I’m 0/2 and a day spent on 1 item I just wanted. Never again!
