Same day delivery fail

Yesterday I ordered Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 62 Bum Bum Hair & Body Perfume Mist 8.1 oz/ 240 mL and paid the extra $6.95 for same day delivery. I was wondering if I could get a refund for that promise? It was failed to be delivered the same day. I ordered it at noon much before the closing window. I've seen others with a similar issue and would like to know the solution,
