Same-day delivery cancelled.

 

 

Hello,

 

I bought a setting spray from Charlotte Tilbury yesterday because I needed it today. It was supposed to be delivered by 8 PM yesterday.

So I could not use it for today.

 

However, I still have not gotten it, and now I see it has suddenly been cancelled without any notice. Also, I cannot see any refunding process anywhere. I re-order it now because I need that this weekend.

 

Could you help me deal with this problem?
