Same-day delivery cancelled

Hi,

 

I ordered an item on same-day delivery and I just got an email that my item is no longer in stock and that they cancelled the order. It stated I won’t get charged for the cancelled item but I have yet to get a refund. Is there also a possibility that I could just have the item normally shipped?

I'm so sorry about this! You won't be charged for the cancelled item, and the initial authorization hold you may be seeing will typically reverse within 1-10 business days. If the item is available online, you can place a new order for it with the normal shipping option. If you need any further assistance please let us know!
