Same day deliver cancelled by uber?

I ordered two items yesterday as I had something important today, hoping to get the package today as it was stated on the website. I saw it was being shipped and carried by an uber driver, and all of sudden, when I checked the website again, it says it got cancelled. There is no explanation why or when. What is happening???? I really needed the item today, and got veryyy diasappointed by the service.
