Same-Day Unlimited Subscription

I cant cancel my subscription, it pops up the message "Your order is processing. You may make changes to your subscription after your current order has processed. Typically in a few hours." and wont let me make changes.

Yeah I wasn’t able to cancel too and now I got charged (pending) is there any way to cancel and refund it.
