Same Day Unlimited Subscription Refund

A month ago I needed some products to give a birthday gift to a very loved one. When I filled the bag, one of the ways that Sephora offered me was to purchase a Same Day Unlimited trial so that my gift arrived on time, since at various times later I went in to delete the subscription since I know that I was not going to renew it and it never appeared, until yesterday, when I was surprised by an email and a debit from my credit card, can someone help me request a refund as I am inquiring about this within 24 hours of being charged. I would like to chat with customer support about what can be done to refund the subscription.
