Same Day Delivery not Delivered

I placed a same-day delivery order earlier today and it is now 30 minutes past the delivery cut-off time and I have not received any kind of update. There is also no way for me to cancel the order as I placed the order hours ago!

This is the third time I have placed a same-day delivery and to not have it delivered that day. Both previous times, my order was cancelled the next day saying all products were out of stock. Both times I replaced the order and received it later that day (so products actually were not out of stock I’m guessing?)

 

Help with getting my order would be much appreciated. It is extremely frustrating for this to keep happening even though I placed the order before the cut-off time.

Hi I’ve ordered the after hours perfume twice now for some day delivery and both times the order has went through then it gets cancelled and says out of stock and I haven’t gotten a refund

@Khloemoneyy I'm sorry to hear that your orders were cancelled!  As your orders were cancelled, you would not be charged and the pending authorizations created by the order attempts should be released within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
