I bought the same-day delivery service because I don't have time to go to a Sephora store to buy products. However, I discovered that returns are only accepted in-store, which makes the "free returns" promotion misleading. Because I don't have time to go to the store to purchase items, I also don't have time to go to the store to make a return. Please send me a return label.
