Same Day Delivery- Partial Order Received

Placed an order for a few items I needed plus two fragrances that were meant to be gifts for a wedding I am attending, the order shows up same day as promised but it was delivered in a bag and left in the middle of my porch which was sort of awkward. I bring the bag in and place it on my couch and come back once I am settled only to find that the two fragrances are missing and there’s some sort of oil seeping through the bag and all over the box of one of two products that did arrive. I sit down and spend some time trying to get in contact with the customer service chat option, which was a dead end, I spoke to several agents and a few supervisors who are all repeated this few same information which was that the system denied refund for the two items and that they were unable to place a replacement order due to the nature of the items that were ordered and blamed me for ordering online recommending I “shop in person for a risk free experience”. Aside from the stress that I’m dealing with and having to clean up a mysterious oil off my couch I also was blamed for this error, That is not my fault which has been incredibly frustrating. I am posting here as a last resort as no one who I chatted with provided any other avenue to seek a solution.
