Same-Day Delivery Order Not Delivered – Urgent Assistance Needed

I purchased a total of 6 products from Sephora on April 18th with same-day delivery and paid extra for the service. I’m traveling abroad on April 19th, and I chose this option specifically to make sure I’d have the items before my trip. I placed the order at 5 PM, and it was stated that it would be delivered by 9 PM at the latest. However, the status still shows as “processing.” I need to receive the products this morning. I urgently need help with this. This is a major disappointment.
