Same Day Delivery Not Delivered

I’m very frustrated! I ordered things same day delivery and got the email that it was on the way and I went to track it and it shows Uber canceled the order. Went to the Sephora customer service chat and they were not helpful. Just said that they didn’t have any updated information. What the heck?!? So frustrating!
