Same-Day Delivery Not Delivered - Received No Help

I subscribed to Same-Day Unlimited and placed an order for Same-Day Delivery on July 6th, 2023. I checked on the same day and did not receive my order. On July 7th, 2023, I sent an email regarding this missing order. No response. Today, on July 10th, 2023, I went to Live Beauty Help to chat with customer service. They were rude and dismissive, insisting a “system decline” for why I am left without an order or a refund. That doesn’t change the fact that I haven’t received my order.

I’ve been a long-term Sephora customer, usually purchasing items in-store. This is my FIRST experience with Same-Day Delivery. I should’ve just went in-store if I wasn’t going to receive my online order. The items I ordered were supposed to be for my sister’s birthday gifts. 4 days has already passed and some of the items I ordered are now not in-stock in-store. This is incredibly frustrating.
