Same-Day Delivery Item Cancelled - Refund When?

I ordered a few items with the Same-Day delivery option, but Sephora emailed me a bit later that one of the items is no longer in stock and has been cancelled from the order. It says I will not be charged for the cancelled item and the order details on my Sephora account do show that the order amount has been decreased, but my bank account still shows that the full amount was taken out. How long does the refund or reversal usually take?

Also, does anyone know if there’s an option for me to add something else that is in stock in the same order so it still arrives in the same express shipping option? I paid the extra fee so multiple items for a gift would arrive on time, but now if I want to order a similar product to replace that one I guess I have to pay the $9.95 again for faster shipping for the one item? 😕
