Same Day Delivery Charge

I was recently charged $61.95 CAD from Sephora because the same day delivery subscription was renewed. Once I checked my bank statement, I immediately cancelled the subscription. I don’t remember subscribing to this feature so I am not sure how I got charged. I also don’t need the subscription and I do not often buy much. I’m a full time student and I can’t afford it. Is there any way to receive a refund for the amount??

I'm sorry, the subscription must be cancelled prior to the renewal date. Otherwise, it will automatically be charged. I tried contacting live chat, but the chat has been unavailable to me all day. I called the number but there’s no one on the line. I didn’t sign up for the subscription so I didn’t know I had it. I never really use Sephora so it never occurred to me that I may have accidentally subscribed.
