Sales and rewards

Recently I haven’t been informed of sales or rewards. Not by snail mail or email. I’ve checked all my information, it’s all correct. Why is this happening.

Hi there @alohaaaaa. I have refreshed your email subscription settings. Have you done a keyword search, using SEPHORA, in case the emails arrived in a different folder for your inbox?

Yes, I have done that. I use to get and email and snail now I don’t get anything. I know the April sale is coming up on the 13th and I still have not been notified of anything.
