Saie slip tint broken keep asking store for a replacement as they dont have my color in stock and they give me the run around

Help on this?

 

I think its ridiculous to have me driving around town looking for it when they sold me a defective one?

@bethreneelevine I'm sorry to hear that! If the store is out of stock, they should be able to process a return for the defective item and can assist you with ordering a new one online.
