STUCK IN PRE-SHIPMENT

My order was supposed to be delivered today and has been sitting in pre-shipment for 7 days now. This is not ok. This is a Christmas gift and if I knew it would not be here on time, I would have not ordered it. I have a business and ship stuff everyday, when its stuck in pre-shipment, that means a label was created but has not been sent to the post office to be scanned yet. WHY is Sephora waiting on these?

I want my item ASAP or I want to be compensated somehow for this inconvenience. Such a scam.

I’m experiencing something similar but I am only on day 4 of the pre-shipment wait. 

something tells me my items will not be shipped until next week and arrive by the week of new years eve most likely.
I’m expecting the worst at this point so I wont be as disappointed if it turns out to be true. 
I can imagine this being more stressful since what you ordered was a christmas present, sorry! 🙁 

this is my first and last time ordering anything from Sephora online.

I will just go in store.
