STOP selling expired products!!

I received this in May, used it once, and developed a skin rash. That’s when I checked the label and realized it was already expired (May 2025). I contacted customer service, but they refused to accept an exchange or return. It’s completely unacceptable to sell expired products. Paying $190 for an expired sunscreen and get skin rash and Sephora says they are not responsible for this!!

Hi @cindyyyyy10, I have the exact same problem with the same exact product, with the same exact expiry date which I purchased in April. I only opened a couple weeks ago and only noticed the expiry date today. I also have been breaking out.

The rep just said it’s past 30 days.

Hi Keely, when I try to send you a private message,I get an error message. I just spent 35 mins on live chat with Somiah only to be told once again that it’s past 30 days

@Simonetta1 You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
