STOP USING LASERSHIP!!!

I redeemed my points last week but never received my package because Lasership "lost" my package. Customer rep couldn't even reship because that option wasn't available...& of course the items I wanted are sold out so THANKS SEPHORA for using a company well known for their incompetence!
