STOP USING FLEET OPTICS

When is Sephora going to wake up and LISTEN to their customers!  STOP USING FLEET OPTICS.  They are absolutely useless and horrible!  I have had 2 orders never arrive despite countless phone calls and emails and by the looks of it, so have SO MANY OTHERS.  Sephora clearly doesn’t give a crap because they are a huge company with endless customers.  I’ve moved on Sephora, you guys suck big time.  There are other options with the same brands.

I agree with you on this post Fleet Optics is the worst thing that's happened to Sephora. I won't be doing any online orders anymore as long as they're still on board with them. They're awful.
