STOLEN / LOST PACKAGE

Hello, so I placed an order on December 30th and my tracking info said it was delivered yesturday January 5th at 12pm but when I came home around 6pm to my appartment it wasn't there. It was shipped by Lasership and it says it was left at the front door, which again I live in a building where it could easily be stolen by anyone. I checked with neighbors and my building's superintendent and he says he didn't recieve my package either. I never had this problem with other mail carriers like UPS since they leave my packages at a place I can go pick it up and not at my front door. I'm really upset since this is my first time ordering from Sephora online and not to mention it took 15 days to ship and I didn't recieve my items either. Can anyone help with this issue PLEASE, my total order amount was $57.71!! I'm really upset with this..

I’m having the exact same problem right now. Definitely call Lasership they’ll open up an investigation which I was told will take 2 business days. Hopefully within those 2 days something will show up. They then say if it doesn’t contact Sephora. I called Sephora just Incase and the advisor who was helping me said that they’ll gladly refund or replace whatever package didn’t show but to wait out those 2 days. I hope this somewhat helps 😭 and hopefully something shows up
