SOLD OUT PRODUCT

I am really disappointed with Sephora, in the last few weeks I have spent a lot of my money on purchases, anxiously waiting for them to arrive in my hands. In less than a week, in two different orders, a product has been missing. The first time, customer service told me that they could not reship because they had helped me with my orders before, but that is not my fault! If I pay 100 for a product, I expect it to arrive correctly in my hands.And now I asked again for a product that they didn't send me and they tell me that they oversold it and that there's no stock but they're not going to give me my money back and it's like what? I mean, is it my fault that Sephora controls the stock and I have to take care of it? This situation has gotten out of hand, it can't be that this happens and they don't want to provide a solution when it's their fault.
