SO FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been attempting to correct an issue with my Sephora card for well over two months. I have sent messages and made over a dozen phone calls. I have been hung up on at least 10 times while on hold with someone has "attempted" to help me. I would very much like to get this RESOLVED ASAP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My account was closed due to inactivity. I UNDERSTAND that the account cannot be re-opened, and was told to re-apply on the website. It WILL NOT ALLOW me to do so because it is still showing the inactive card. There are no Sephora stores within 300 miles of where I live, so that is not an option. I would like to re-apply online, but as I said, the website will not allow me to do so. I am VERY FRUSTRATED AND WOULD LIKE TO GET THIS CORRECTED?!?!?! I have never had this much trouble trying to resolve an issue so simple. I AM OVER IT!!!!!!!

@catlynsnead, I'm sorry to to learn of your experience! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
