SKINGLOW code not working?

Hi - says you must purchase at least $25 - I have $59 in my cart. Skinglow code isn't working. Anyone know why?

I was able to redeem the, "SKINGLOW" promotion on my end.  Please sign out and back into your account and clear your cookies and history, as this may fix the issue.
