SJCP order points?

Hi. I made a purchase at a SJCP today. They were out of the product I wanted but ordered it to be delivered to my house. That was my first kind of purchase like that (ordering in the SJCP). I don’t think I got Sephora points. Is that normal? Did I mess up? Thank you in advance.
