SIJCP emails

Hi, I only receive Sephora VIB Rouge emails. I have received online free gift with purchase emails, however, I have not been receiving the free gift with purchase inside the JCP store. I was wondering why and how can I start receiving those emails? I've tried contacting customer support on the phone, but they seem to have different answers each time. I've even tried going on the Sephora FAQ. Please help, I've been missing out on a lot of cute little gifts 🙁

I've tried everything too, including updating my email subscription through Sephora.com, going inside Sephora JCP and asking the ladies for their help, etc. Still, I cannot get on the mail or email list.
