SHIPPING METHOD: Standard 3 Day

if its a Standard 3 Day then why it takes about 1 week to arrive. i find sephora to be very annoying and deceiving on what they states.

Same I agree ! So I ordered something about a week ago and my order still hasn’t even shipped ??? This is kinda ridiculous I ordered something off of zaful and it’s almost already here...

I feel you! It’s a Rouge perk that it’s free but it doesn’t feel like a perk when the past few orders have arrived in the same amount of time as standard shipping!

I'm sorry for any confusion. Including processing time, most orders sent with standard 3 day shipping arrive within 4 business days. Please know that orders must be placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT) to be processed on the same business day otherwise they are processed the next business day. Other factors like if your order includes a hazmat item (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) or is placed on a weekend day can affect when your order will arrive.
