SHIPPED OR NOT SHIPPED?

Last Friday 1/11/19, I received an email stating my Play by Sephora box has shipped. 2 days later I get ANOTHER EMAIL saying my box has shipped. Today is now 5 days later and when I click the Track My Order link it tells me a shipping label has been created by UPS and when they receive my package tracking will be updated. Can someone please tell me what’s going on? TIA💋

It typically takes 4-5 business days for your PLAY! box to arrive since is it being delivered via USPS. Sometimes it it picked up by UPS from our warehouse and then transferred to USPS for delivery. If you would like for me to look into this further for you, please send me a PM with your order number or registered email address. I hope that this helps.
