SEPTEMBER SNEAK PEAK!

I just received my very 1st Play box. I was disappointed in the fact that I only received 1 of the products that's advertised as being in all of the boxes for September! I initially decided to subscribe to Play because I really liked the products being shown for this month. Will I always get different products than what's advertises as being in my box each month? Just curious as to whether this is all truly what it says it is...

As @grayreb mentioned the boxes can vary so the 5 deluxe skin care, makeup, or hair care samples will vary each month from box to box. I would fill out your Play! profile so we can send you the box closest to your profile. 🙂

The sneak peak did not say you were going to get all the items previewed. The box generally will contain one or two items from the sneak peaks. There is usually a perfume sample, but for September hair product sample was given instead. The other items can vary quite a bit, and there are multiple variations of boxes. Hope this helps.
