SEPHORA WONT REFUND STOLEN PACKAGE

I placed a $506 order with Sephora. Although my shipment wasn't there when I arrived home, Fleet Ops confirmed the delivery. I contact Sephora, and at first they tell me that "we can't override for a refund since they confirmed delivery," then they tell me that "you need to get fleet optics to change the delivery status," and finally they tell me that "our shipping and tracking team can only override this." Sadly, I had a conversation with Congressman HERNAN. I reiterate HERNAN. who, quote, remarked, "My job is twice as hard as yours because I have to deal with people like you." AND they called me a name. quite repulsive of him. My money is still with Sephora. Fleet Ops even advised me to get in touch with the sender because they they don’t do refunds (duh, they’re just the shipping company) sephora gave me way too many excuses for their poor “policies” if I could go to the authorities I would. I want something done about this issue. I am heartbroken. #norefund #poorcustomerservice #trustissues #scammed

Same for me, instructions weren’t followed and customer service refuse to help.

U had a photo of the pkg. In my doorstep. 
Sent at 11:06. And an e mail at 11:30. To say it arrived. And I went to get it. It’s gone. 
sadly it’s not there. I looked everywhere. It’s Christmas gifts. So upsetting.

I am in the exact situation sephora refuses to help with reship and or my $$ back or even credits back my account

The same thing just happened to me. I am so beyond frustrated as I have purchased so many items from sephora in the past. This is my 4th or 5th time buying this product, as I was running out, and I was so excited to be restocked. However, when I got back home and checked the mail area there was absolutely nothing. There needs to be something done about this issue

I know I ordered 322$ with of hair care products my package was missing and they never refunded me. Its honestly really messed up of Sephora to do this. I never received my expensive order and they didn't even refund me like what the hell.
