SEPHORA, WHY DO YOU LIE TO US?

I HAVE JUST RECEIVED THE THIRD OF MY LAST THREE ORDERS WITH NO SAMPES AT ALL = 50%.

And I see that many other Rouge are having the same problem. 

Sephora, why do you lie to us? We are your best customers. If you are going to randomly select 50% of orders to send samples, just SAY SO. Say, "Oh, hey, you can pick three samples per order, but there's only a 50% chance that we will send them. So don't hold your breath!"

I've started ordering directly from Urban Decay (The Vintage Vault, $265) and Mac and Dr. Jart+ because THEY SEND SAMPLES WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.

I don't care so much about the samples as I care abouT BEING LIED TO. 

STOP LYING TO ME!
