SEPHORA SCAMS CUSTOMERS

Sephora claims they delivered my package and it was dropped off to a different address. The pic of proof is not my house and they refuse to reship. You guys have STOLE from me! You can’t even make it right with your customers. Take it up with UPS! Don’t steal from customers! I will be taking this to all social media outlets to warn others and posting on the BBB about you guys and what you did!  You also have some of the worse customer service ever! I will never shop at a Sephora again.

Re: SEPHORA SCAMS CUSTOMERS

@MonicafromTexas, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number and shipping address, I'll look into this.

Alternatively, for immediate assistance, you may contact our live chat at https://www.sephora.com/beauty/contact-us or call 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672). If the chat is unavailable, please keep the page open until the next agent becomes available. Thank you!

Re: SEPHORA SCAMS CUSTOMERS

@MonicafromTexas  If it was shipped to you via UPS, check the address on the shipping label. (You should’ve gotten a “your Sephora order has shipped” email from Sephora with a tracking link.) If the address on the label is correct, then this is UPS’s fault, not Sephora’s.

If the address on the label is wrong, then either you or Sephora messed up. Is your mailing address saved in your Sephora account? If it is and it’s correct, take a screenshot as proof. Did you pay with PayPal or some other service? Make sure your address is correct there too, because that might be the address that’ll end up on your shipping label.

I’ve never had this problem with Sephora, but I have with a different company. That experience got me into the habit of triple-checking my shipping address at checkout and taking a screenshot of the order confirmation page right after checkout, with my address shown. No one should have to do that, but I like to have proof of which items I ordered and the address I had ‘em shipped to, in case another company tries to claim I messed up. Whoever messed up in your case, I hope you can get this resolved.
