SEPHORA SCAM

I have been shopping here for many years and I have never had such a terrible experience. I got a $50.00 gift card for my birthday and when I tried to use it in person it said it had a balance of $0.00. I called and was transferred to many people and none of them wanted to help. They said it was a scam that happens and that I have to call the government. Sephora is a SCAM store. If you know this happens and there are multiple complaints about the same thing, then Sephora SHOULDN’T SELL GIFT CARDS. 👎🏼 highly disappointed and a huge waste of time. #scam
