SEPHORA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Anyone else constantly experiencing issues with Sephora? I honestly feel like I'm going to start shopping only at Ulta and Nordstrom. I had a package that went missing 9 or 10 months ago and Sephora blocked me from shopping online for literally almost 2 months because they had to issue me a refund. Fast forward to today... I received an order with a travel perfume damaged and leaked out everywhere. I call Sephora and they tell me the item is now out of stock but they can issue a refund and I said fine since it's my only option and the girl tells me sorry the refund was denied because you received a refund from us in the past (10 months ago). She proceeds to tell me go to a store and return the poured out perfume. I now have to drive for 25 min each way to return a wet, half leaked bottle of a TRAVEL spray. Am I the only one who's so over it already? Sephora needs to get it together. It was already bad enough that last year they said to me "how do we know the customer didn't actually receive the package and then tried to get their money back". Ugh!

Yes unfortunately!  NOT the way I want to start my new year, but I HAVE to post this because I'm so angry. I got this perfume sampler for Xmas which I’m now dumping into the trash because Sephora would NOT let me return the travel size one I got mistakenly! Total waste of my time and the gift is being DUMPED! The ENTIRE experience was so poorly handled I don’t know where to begin. And YES, I wrote to corporate— but they sent a refusal by email which was A COMPLETE waste of my time. I’m not interested in buying ANYTHING from this horrible company anymore. Having the same issue. My order leaked and I sent them proof and told me they can’t refund or reshipment and to dispose the items…because previously a Sephora agent reported my package as missing when all I inquired about was my refund for the returned item…how are we to blame for Sephora not packaging or listening to customers currently. Anyway I hope they fixed your issue cause they won’t fix mine.
