SEPHORA GIFT CARD INTERNAL FRAUD

I went with my sister to purchase a gift card i saw her pay 1 for $100 and another for $50 and I didn’t even scratch the back until today and they told me the $50 dollar gift card had a balance of 0 and sephora said they can’t do anything call my bank when bank has nothing to do with it. they said the card was used the day after it was purchased at 5 am. Sephora stole my money and you are refusing to give it back and i was told by staff this is an ongoing problem and from the looks of what it says all over online it is a problem so why are you refusing to give me my money back ?
