Instead of believing everything you hear, please research before making a post. Had anyone done so, they would have found that SEPHORA HAS NOT MADE ANY DIRECT CONTRIBUTIONS TO TRUMP. They are owned by LVMH, who donated to HARRIS. Please stop with the misinformation.

This is correct. According to the app Goods Unite Us, Sephora's political donation distribution is 100% Democrat. They also scored high on Campaign Finance Reform. People who want to "vote with their wallet" should use this app! It's been extremely helpful for me to know which companies get my money.

While both Sephora and Costco scores look great, with Sephora’s top execs donating 100% to the Dems and Costco’s donating 96% to the Dems, the site is showing their donation scores from 2020. The numbers for 2024 are needed.

What is the percentage of customers that are female?  What is the percentage of transgender?  If this is true, I will be saying goodbye to Sephora.  Macy's carries a lot of what Sephora carries and they often have sales and free shipping.  Macy's dumped trump long ago in 2015.  That's a start to getting away from Sephora.  Along with getting away from Amazon, I have been purchasing products from the vendor itself.  It may take a tad longer for delivery on some things, but I want to get away from these hug companies.

If people stop shopping at Sephora let it be based on truths instead of rumors, speculation and or dishonesty. I would have left if they supported MAGA, but only after being 100% sure.

It is important to remember that mid-sized and big companies contain more than the owners; there are many other people working for those companies. Taking down a business because we do not like the ownership or want to punish them hurts many other people depending on that business for their livelihoods, many of whom do not share the values of the ownership.  Additionally, a company donating to a political campaign is different from its owner donating to the campaign as a private citizen.
