SEPHORA CREDIT CARD WHERE IS IT????

Applied last month for a card online was approved. Waited two weeks, card never arrived. Called the number for the supposed credit card and woman told me she’d send me out another one. Here we are a month after opening a card account but no card! 

was issued a “temporary” Sephora card to use immediately and it never worked. Makes me nervous after reading all of the issues other people are facing

This is literally happening to me and I've already contacted Comenity bank and they do not help! They said just to reapply but it doesn't allow me to apply again online and they told me to into the store. I never thought I would be going through this with Sephora. It's disappointing because I love shopping here which is why I applied for the card. Why would I reapply again if it says my credit application is under review. The problem is that it's been way over the 10 day period!!!

Hi @KailaniKai I am so sorry to hear about this! I recommend contacting Comenity Capital Bank once more and I may suggest requesting to speak with a supervisor for further assistance with your card. I'm truly sorry for this experience!
