SEPHORA CHARGED ME 4 TIMES - UNAUTHORIZED

This is my first order from Sephora, and probably the very LAST! 

I bought from Sephora for the 1st time, my bill was $376.55. Now I was charged 4 times!!

1st: $376.55

2nd: $53.16

3rd: $13.29

4th: $310.1

When you total the 2nd, 3rd, 4th it's equivalent to the 1st charge. They also sent my package in 3 separate boxes (worst service)!! I never thought I get this experience from Sephora. I messaged their customer service and hoping for them to reply asap.

I also exceeded my credit card limit because of their multiple charges. I hope I don't get penalized by my bank because of their mishaps.

good luck at getting any resolution @tessahucares 😞 It seems the payment processing system used by Sephora was developed in 1992, and hasn't been updated since 😞

Still waiting for help from Sephora on my issue ....
