SEPHORA CARD NOT WORKING

It’s been a week since the last time I was trying to place an order, and I couldn’t. It keeps on saying, “Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.” Even though it is correct, it is still saying that. I am confused and frustrated because I have been using the sephora card since last year, and this hasn't happened before; this is the first time. I dont know how to fix this.
