Rude employee

I met a rude employee in Flushing Sephora(NY). 

I was trying to buy one eye shadow and try to put my number for my points.

I put the wrong number first and I realized I put the wrong one so I tried to put again. But unfortunately, my information didn't come up. So employee asked my email address. So I wrote it. But I was not sure so I asked to her, 'Should I showed my sephora app?' I asked 4times but she just ignored. After I asked 4times,  she finally checked my app and figured out I gave the wrong email address. She said really rudely 'You give a wrong address!!' With a liud voice. And I had to say 'sorry' 

And I said, last time I try to put my phone number at here from staff (my phone number was changed so one staff helped me to put new number), Can you check? And she asked my number. My last number 13. And she was keep asking one three? Asked many times and I had to answer ' yes, one three'. I am Asian and not perfect at English accent. Feel like she kept pointing out my pronunciation. 

I said one three at least 5times and then she said with annoyed voice, 'Yes, that's what I was keeping saying!' 

I don't know why I have to get this awful service while I was paying money as a customer. 

I even doubt she got educated how to give service to customers. And I am afraid that she would do the same service to many Asians who can't speak English perfectly.

Her name is 'Rafa'

I think she need to learn more about 'service'
