Rude employee, no refund

I returned a moisturizer I bought online and used afterpay.  I mailed back the product. I am getting the run around with Sephora employees.  The refund was suppose to go back to afterpay. Sephora first tells me it takes up to 10 business days, it usually doesn’t. Still no refund. Sephora now tells me afterpay “denied” the refund lol. I know this is false info because afterpay said they have no refund for this order. Next another employee tells me it went back to online credit because it “failed” and was rejected on afterpay. Sephora said to use the refund to pay for the entire order! So basically I’m out of my money for this order. I’ll be paying afterpay all 4 installments giving up my refund amount! This is not right! Sephora gave me crap saying they couldn’t try again with afterpay.

note this exact same thing happened in the past and tried a second time to refund afterpay it worked.

I got on chat and the woman was rude. I told her my lawyer was reading the chat (I sent my lawyer the messages) and my lawyer said she could sue, and Sephora employee on chat said “for sure!”. 

Another Sephora employee on email told me it was a “technical error” lol. So if it’s their technology gone bad, then Sephora needs to fix this. 

i am not going to pay for an order I have sent back even if I get refunded that refund money will go to pay for the order and I’ll be stuck paying for a product I don’t even have!

someone please send my refund to afterpay!
