I’ve been shopping with Sephora for over 10 years now and spend quite a lot of money there. I love Sephora however the particular store in my area has some of the most rude employees I’ve ever encountered. First of all, there’s this one girl in particular that stares at me in the most suspicious and uncomfortable way, even following me around the store (this has happened to me multiple times, like she always thinks I’m going to steal something- which I can’t believe I even have to say this, but I have never done this nor am I the type of person that would- and it makes me super uncomfortable to the point where I just want to leave the store). Another employee asked me if I was looking for anything in particular and when I said I was just browsing and trying new things out, she rolled her eyes, made an irritated face, turned on her heel and walked away without a word. While I was checking out with another employee, I was using a reward I had earned for VIB Rouge and she was extremely surly the whole time, like I was incoveniencing her by doing so. I have never had this experience with employees at other stores, it’s literally just this store. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt but I have had multiple experiences like this and I don’t know why the employees are like this there. I love coming into Sephora and treating myself to new things but it’s gotten to the point where I don’t feel comfortable or welcome in the store. I feel like I’d be better off getting the things I need online but now I don’t want to get anything at all. If that’s how I get treated being with Sephora for over 10 years, I don’t want to continue spending my money there.
